Effective April 8, Scandinavian Airlines and Star Alliance partner Thai Airways will expand their present code-share agreement to also cover the direct routes Stockholm – Bangkok, Oslo – Bangkok and Copenhagen – Bangkok. The code-share arrangement follows the announcement that SAS will put the route to Bangkok on hold as of 1 April – but plan to resume the flights in the winter.
The new code-share agreement is in addition to the present code-share destinations on Thai’s regional destinations in Asia and SAS’ Scandinavian and European destinations.

The new code-share agreement makes it possible for SAS to offer its customer nonstop flights from Scandinavia to Bangkok and for SAS and Thai to further strengthen their customer offer and market position in Scandinavia. SAS customers may now book directly on www.flysas.com and earn EuroBonus points on the flights.
