Scandinavians at Thailand Property Awards 2014


With Kvik – Smart Danish Kitchens as one of the Co-Sponsors and the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (TSCC) as Supporting Association the 2014 edition of the Thailand Property Awards was held at Conrad Hotel in Bangkok on 11 September.

During recent years, on several occasions, Swedish persons have been awarded for their developments Those were the projects: Mandala Condominiums, Best Condominium Development in Phuket 2011; and Nchantra @ Sirey Bay, Best Condo Development Phuket 2012 . Also TSCC member, Kijpanich Development, has won the awards twice for the development Nishaville in the for Swedish popular seaside resort of Huay Yang.

In its long-term efforts in promoting the property market in Thailand for foreign investors with the Thai Property Guide project and its publications, TSCC is well connected with the real estate sector in Thailand and therefore happy with its new partnership with the awards in 2014.

The President for TSCC, Jan Eriksson, announced and handed over the Best Landscape Architectural Design prize to its winner Toscana Valley Casa del Artiste by Toscana Valley Company Limited.

Furthermore, one of the main sponsors of the Thai Property Guide 2014, Sansiri PCL was once again among those developers recognised by the awards. Sansiri, Thailand’s foremost developer of residential homes, won the Best Condo Developer (Phuket) award for Baan Mai Khao, its new premium-class condominium project situated beachfront on the world-famous Mai Khao Beach.

Jan Eriksson and TSCC Director Peter Björk personally congratulated the representatives of Sansiri, including Uthai Uthaisangsuk, Senior Executive Vice President and Cobby Leathers, Head of International Corporate Marketing Communication.
