Representatives of the EU Delegation, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany and Japan mark the celebration of the International 
Justice Day on 17 July outside of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh. It manifests the collective support provided to seek justice for the victims of the Khmer Rouge regime and to promote the respect for human rights, reconciliation and the principles of rule of law in Cambodia.
