Björn Frantzén has partnered with Unlisted Collection to open the new restaurant Zén on 21 November in Singapore.

”The gastronomy of Frantzén is influenced by the simplicity and elegance of Nordic, French and Japanese cuisine, so to be able to open this restaurant in Singapore that is such a cultural and gastronomic melting pot is an incredible and exciting opportunity”, says Björn Frantzén.

Zén will be Björn Frantzén’s first international restaurant to serve only a tasting menu.

The interior of the restaurant is created in collaboration with JOYN STUDIOS Architects. The team is also behind the award-winning design of Björn Frantzén’s restaurant in Stockholm as well as Frantzén’s Kitchen in Hong Kong.

Zén opens on 41 Bukit Pasoh Road, Singapore 089855.
Tables for November and December are released October 1st. Reservations for the coming month then will be available on the 1st of each month at 10 AM.
