On 11 – 12 December 2015 Swedish fine dining was presented at The Tasting Room in Macau, courtesy of Bocuse d’Or silver medal winner Jonas Lundgren. Bocuse d’Or which is widely regarded as the most prestigious competition for chefs.
Dining guests were during two weekend nights offered to explore the wonders and pleasures of Nordic cuisine. Jonas presented, in a 7-course degustation dinner, his modern interpretation of traditional Swedish dishes, using fresh ingredients flown in from his home country.
