Taiwanese director Rong Zuo Zhuang’s short film “Tutti” has been selected for the Oslo Short Film Festival 2026.

The film follows Rong-Chen, a girl struggling to retain her place on a recorder team, and Shao-Yu, a boy considering leaving it. As they practise together, their relationship develops beyond music.

“Tutti” forms part of the festival programme beginning at 19.30 on Wednesday 26 August at Sentralen in Oslo. This year’s programme comprises 21 short films presented across four screening sessions on 26 and 27 August.

The screening brings a Taiwanese production to a Nordic audience and offers Oslo cinemagoers an opportunity to discover emerging Taiwanese filmmaking.

The programme and ticket information are available from the festival.
