Vaisala, the Finnish company producing technology for environmental and industrial measurement, has signed the first new distributor contracts to expand the company’s sales network for industrial instruments in Indonesia. 
Vaisala is focusing on the growth on its industrial applications and life science, and in order to increase its sales it will invest in regional expansion by contracting new distributors. The company is contemplating further expansion in countries such as Turkey, Italy, Spain, Poland, India, South Korea, South Africa, Argentina, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
The company’s customer base varies and represents numerous industries from high-voltage to food processing. We want to make sure that potential customers know our products and have an easy access to buy, says Sampsa Lahtinen, EVP of Controlled Environment business area.
Vaisala’s products are currently available in close to 100 countries around the world. The company provides observation and measurement products and services for chosen weather-related and industrial markets. The company is headquartered in Finland.
