Want to watch the F1 Malaysian Grand Prix 2013 live?

Bangkok-based race-car enthusiast Jukka Koivistoinen is organizing a trip for the Scandinavians to witness Finnish Kimi-Matias Räikkönen and other world-renowned driver superstars in action at the F1 Malaysian Grand Prix on March 22-24, 2013.

The trip, on its 15th edition, includes race tickets and special accommodation prices. The seats will be located on Topaz grandstand, the upper level grandstand, which has good visibility to the track (from the seats, you can see about 60% of the track).

“Topaz is also on the Main Mall area where most of the “off track things” happens and all kind of food and beer are easily available,” said Jukka Koivistoinen, the trip’s organizer. However, other locations are also available on request and the prices will be confirmed separately.

The F1 spectators will be staying in the five star, THE ISTANA, as previous years. Koivistoinen said he found the place to be “very nice and conveniently located in middle of Kuala Lumpur, just few minutes walk from all evening action.”

Accommodation is twin sharing, 2 persons per room, but for extra charge you can have your own room. There will also be a coach from hotel to the Sepang circuit and after the race back to the hotel, avoiding high demand of taxis on the days.

These prices are valid until 25th of December and after that you have to add 4000 baht for all prices, because of more expensive race tickets.
