Danish Companies Recruit Chinese Talents through Sino-Danish Network

Four Danish companies are extending their employer branding towards talented Chinese students and professionals around all of China through Sino-Danish Network.

Innovation Centre Denmark, Shanghai recently added four Danish companies Coloplast, DESMI, Lundbeck and Novozymes to its network, making it a group of 14 Danish companies all looking to acquire talent in China. As part of the network, the 14 companies will have a chance to increase their employer branding and visibility towards talented Chinese students and professionals around all of China through the website , different social media and events at Chinese universities.

Novozymes participated in the latest round of promotion event in April and received good results as the company found two competitive Chinese students for the open positions.

“We are very happy that the event gave us such opportunity to bring companies and students together. Particularly for this open position, it has been more efficient attending the Sino-Danish Network event than other recruiting media we used”, says Mrs Zhang Yu, Senior Scientist at Novozymes, who went for her graduate study at Technical University of Denmark.
