Swedish culinary week at Hotel Icon, Hong Kong

Swedish culinary week will be held on 3-9 November 2012 at Restaurant GREEN, Icon Hotel in Hong Kong. Swedish chef Henrik Norström, Michelin-honoured and silver place winner of the culinary world’s most prestigious competition, Bocuse d’Or will be guest chef.

Chef Norström will be joined by two colleagues Peter Johansson and Daniel Frick, both from the Michelin-starred restaurant, Lux in Stockholm. Chef Norström has created a Swedish-inspired menu with delicacies such as reindeer meat, salmon and crayfish to be served during the week.
