Their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince Frederik and the Crown Princess Mary of Denmark will visit China in December. On this occasion, H.E The Ambassador of Denmark to China, Friis Arne Petersen & Mrs. Birgitte Wilhelmsen are inviting the Danish community, Danish companies and Chinese business partners to attend the Gala dinner on 8 December 2012 at Kempinski Hotel in Beijing.
The gala dinner will be held on Saturday 8 December at Kempinski Hotel on Liangmaqiao Road, Chaoyang District in Beijing. Reception will start at 6.00p.m. Opening speeches will start at 7.00p.m. and the four-course gala dinner will be served afterwards.
Dress code is Gala or formal business attire.
Price per person is RMB 1,100
Price per table is RMB 10,000
Sponsorship opportunity is available at RMB 10,000 each. Sponsors will have their logos displayed on two big screens on each side of the ballroom stage in the evening. Additionally, their logos will be printed in the menu and program card.
