Petra Perdana to buy vessel from P/R International Offshore Services

Petra Perdana Bhd said in November its subsidiary Intra-Oil Services Bhd had entered into a memorandum of agreement to buy a US$6.25 million (RM23.75 million) vessel from Norway’s P/R International Offshore Services ANS.
     Petra said the purchase was in line with the group’s core business strategy of expanding engineering, operations, maintenance and marine support services to offshore oil and gas facilities.
