Cybercom buys Netcom Consultants

The Swedish IT consulting company Cybercom Group purchases 100 percent of Netcom Consultants, also Swedish, from its owner Modern Holdings.
     Netcom Consultants, a telecommunications consulting firm, has offices in Sweden and Singapore and employ around 40 people. Among its customers are a number of Asian and African operators in the Millicom group, Tele2 and FMV.
     Last year Netcom Consultants had a SEK 62 Million turnover.
