No less than 22 Swedes are currently being shot in an archipelago in eastern Malaysia. On video for the reality series Robinson that is.
Produced by Strix and aired this fall on TV3 Sweden, Robinson is the most successful Swedish format in the reality TV genre. It is also an export success, in the US the series run as ‘Survivor’, and the format has been sold to a great number of countries.
Some 5000 Swedes applied for this season’s Robinson. The selected 22 men and women are between 21 and 59 years old. The winner is awarded SEK 1 million.
