Tecnomen, a Finnish messaging solutions company, agreed to deliver an expansion and upgrade Voice Messaging System to Maxis Communications, Malaysian mobile communications company, announced on June 21st.
“Tecnomen and Maxis have a long cooperation in the field of messaging. As a natural extension to this cooperation, Maxis has now decided to complement its service offering with Tecnomen’s Messaging System and services,” says Mr Matti Kakko, Managing Director of Tecnomen Malaysia.
“This delivery strengthens Tecnomen’s position as one of the leading Next Generation Messaging System supplier in the Asia and Pacific region,” adds Mr Kakko.
This expansion gives Maxis abilities to diversify their service offering to customers. It also secures cost effectiveness for the future. Maxis is able to streamline its voice messaging architecture by consolidating messaging platforms to Tecnomen’s centralized solution.
