Nordic Power 2005 is a joint Nordic Energy exhibition and a special Nordic energy seminar which will take place in Manila 21 – 27 September 2005 during the Power Trends 2005, an international trade fair and exhibition for the energy sector.
The event is organized by Royal Norwegian Embassy in Manila (in cooperation with the newly established Nordic Ventures Synergy Center Corporation), Embassy of Denmark in Kuala Lumpur. Embassy of Sweden in Manila, Embassy of Finland in Manila, Finpro PAS Manila and – curiously enough – also the Embassy of Netherlands in Manila.
After the event, the Danish Embassy in Bangkok will arrange for a mini-exhibition and seminar including opportunity to meet some of the players in the Thai energy sector.
The organizers sees the event at a good opportunity for Nordic and Dutch operators, suppliers, service providers and consultants involved in energy generation, distribution, transmission, installation and efficiency systems. The event is open to companies within the traditional, alternative and renewable energy sectors.
The objective of Nordic Power 2005 is to showcase energy-related technology, services and solutions from the Nordic countries. Also, the event will be a very useful opportunity for participating companies to increase their knowledge about the Philippine energy market, to know about projects being financed by the Asian Development Bank, and to gain strategic business contacts and partners in the region.
