ISS Facility Services Co., Ltd has acquired 100% of the share capital of MPA Securitas Limited, a company with annual revenues approaching 400M Thai Baht.

“The business is a perfect fit with our aspirations to extend our services portfolio and a very important element in the development of the ISS Thailand “Route 101” growth strategy. It is also an important cornerstone in the transformation of ISS Thailand in becoming an integrated facility services provider.”
He said the acquisition of MPA Securitas provides ISS Thailand with a significant platform entry into the security services market place and will be at the center of the company’s continuing growth and expansion of its “Office Support Services” operations.
Former owner of MPA Securitas Ltd Henrik Hansen, who will continue as CEO, said at the press conference: “MPA Securitas has had received several enquiries and invitations regarding possible mergers or acquisitions of late. However, at the end of the day, ISS stood out as the favorite choice when it came to finding a good and safe place for our staff to work, and adding the assurance of continued high quality services to our customers.”
