The Embassy of Denmark and the Danish Federation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the Confederation of Danish Industries to organize a business delegation to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from February 26 – March 4, 2006.
The business delegation was organised for Danish companies in order to know more about Vietnamese business and investment opportunities in Vietnam.15 Danish companies comprise the delegation.
The participants will enjoy a number of briefings, seminars and networking events both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, each company will have an individual visit program to meet with a series of potential Vietnamese partners.
The delegation is part of the Business-to-Business Program (formerly the PSD Program) in Vietnam promoting Vietnamese-Danish business partnerships through the Danish development assistance.
“We are glad to bring this delegation of Danish enterprises representing a wide array of sectors from metal working to services to Vietnam. This is yet another sign of the increasing Danish interest in doing business in Vietnam,” Ambassador Peter Lysholt Hansen said.
