Finnish Minister Of Defence In Malaysia And Singapore

Finnish Defence Minister Seppo Kääriäinen recently hosted two seminars, one in Kuala Lumpur and the other in Singapore, on the subject of cooperation between the Finnish and Malaysian and Singaporean defence industries.
Discussions during the visit concentrated among other things on the current security and defence political issues in the European Union, on Asian regional security issues and on the Finnish administration’s bilateral cooperation with Malaysia and Singapore.
In Malaysia, Kääriäinen met Minister of Defence Mohd Najibin and in Singapore, Minister of Defence Tao Chee Hean.
