Norwegian State Secretary Hege Solbakken from the Prime Minister Jens Stoltenbergs office visited Hanoi from November 29 to December 01 on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Norway and Vietnam.
The State Secretary attended at the anniversary concert and reception. She had meetings with Vietnamese authorities; First Deputy Minister Le Cong Phung in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Planning and Investment, National Committee on the Advancement of Women and Ministry of Finance.
Furthermore, Solbakken also met Telenor and attended at the contract signing between Höegh Autoliners and the Vietnamese state-owned Vinashin corporation.
