Danish COWI and Dynatest in strategic alliance

Managing Director of Dynatest Asia-Pacific Sdn. Bhd. based in Malaysia, Mr. Alauddin Mustafa, is expecting the alliance to pay off well already in 2007, the first year of the alliance.
   “As Dynatest is very specialized we have in the past been focused on narrow, specialized projects. With the alliance we can now bring in specialist in related areas from COWI thereby widening our services as well as bid for bigger projects”, General Manager Mr. Alauddin explains.
   “We are already hoping for a project in India to take off soon”, says the General Manager who feels that the alliance provides the company with a competitive edge.
   COWI has a vast experience in transportation infrastructure while Dynatest is highly specialized in pavement engineering.
   The Malaysian office of Dynatest will handle the alliance in Asia-Pacific and is set to market the alliance’s joint services offering pavement and bridge management and engineering, including design, maintenance and rehabilitations throughout this region.
