Danish Double Ministerial Visit Kicks Off

The visit to Malaysia of Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Per Stig Moller and Danish Minister of Environment, Connie Hedegaard kicked off this morning in Kuala Lumpur with a busy schedule especially for the Minister of Environment.
Connie Hedegaard went to see the Forest Research Institute in the morning before going to the Putrajaya for a lunch with Minister of Natural Ressources and Environmernt Dato Azmi bin Khalid.
Meanwhile, Per Stig Moller will this afternoon meet the Malaysian Minister for Foreign Afffairs Y.B. Datuk Seri Syed Hamid bin Syed Jaafar Albar likewise in Putrajaya.
Tomorrow, Thursday, the visit will focus on the promotion of Danish companies’ know-how within the environmental sector such as energy, before the ministers will fly to Singapore.
The double ministerial visit will end Friday night when the ministers board the Singapore Airlines flight shortly after midnight to fly non-stop back to Copenhagen.
