Danish Double Ministerial Visit Ends

The visit to Indonesia of Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Per Stig Moller and Danish Minister of Environment, Connie Hedegaard ended Tuesday night after an adventurous day for the two ministers.
Per Stig Moller and Connie Hedegaard had left Jakarta Monday evening after a busy day of meetings to fly to Yogyakarta on the sourthern coast of Java. Having stayed overnight in Yogyakarta, the two ministers drove by car north across Java, stopping among other places at the Borobudur temple half way before driving on to Semerang on the north coast where they arrived mid afternoon.
From Semarang, the ministers then flew back to Jakarta around four o’clock where they transferred to their Malaysian Airlines flight to Kuala Lumpur departing at half past six in the evening.
Today and tomorrow the two ministers will continue their current round trip to South East Asia, covering Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. The trip will end Friday night in Singapore when the ministers board the Singapore Airlines flight shortly after midnight to fly non-stop back to Copenhagen.
