Finnair Stops Flying to Singapore

Finnair will stop flying to Singapore on 15 May this year. Last Finnair flight leaving Singapore for Helsinki will depart on 16 May.
Finnair’s plans to start flying on Kuala Lumpur via Bangkok from May have also been cancelled.
Finnair expects a 30 pct increase in passengers in 2007 and the fast expansion in India and China is aparently taking all its breath.
The surprising news was actually released already on Monday by Finnair, but so deep down into a press release about the expansion in India and China that it has been almost a week before the news has broken in Asia.
The frequent direct flights to Bangkok will be maintained.
