A Swedish man was arrested Wednesday morning in Pattaya for illegal medicine trade. Among the evidence collected in the home of the Swede, was morphine based pain killers, antibiotics and adrenaline injections along with syringes and 64,000 baht. The man also possessed a Swedish police badge among his belongings.
Apparently, the Swede was wanted by Swedish police who had made a request to their Thai colleagues who went out to arrest the person in question. The 38 years old Swede would neither confirm nor deny the allegations against him. He is now in custody and will be repatriated in near future.
