Ruben Madsen new Danish Ambassador to Singapore

The Danish Ambassador Klavs Holm will be leaving his office in Singapore from September 1st. Klavs Holm’s new work place will be The Foreign Ministry in Copenhagen where he will work with Public Diplomacy.
   His successor, Ruben Madsen, will take over when he arrives to Singapore along with his wife and 15 year old daughter. Ruben Madsen is currently the Danish Ambassador to Serbia. He has previously held positions in Dar es Salam, Oslo and New York.

And a New Consul
Another change in the diplomatic world is that Consul Per Johansen will be heading home to Denmark after 8 years of service in Singapore. To replace Per Johansen, Søren Særmark-Thomsen will take his place. The new consul, who has previously worked in Beijing and Islamabad will be joined in Singapore by his wife and two young children.
