With support from the B2B programme, a Danish firm Esoft Systems A/S and Vietnam Graphics JSC have established a joint venture, Esoftflow, which recently hosted an open house event for staff, families as well as business contacts on Saturday 25 August 2007 at the office in the Linh Dam area in Hanoi. Around 50 people including staff attended the event.
The event provided an opportunity for families and business contacts to follow the live production of graphical services and get an impression of the working environment, which is a high priority for the company.
Managing Director, Thomas Frisenberg, expressed his satisfaction with what had been achieved in less than one year since the cooperation started. He emphasized the importance of providing a healthy and motivating working environment where personal development of staff would be a key focus. Substantial resources are being invested in training and capacity building for all staff members.
Programme Officer, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Loan from the B2B programme attended the event and commended the company’s effort within the area of corporate social responsibility including the gender balance and the high degree of staff from provinces outside Hanoi.
Parents of staff also expressed their satisfaction with the company’s performance and for its policy to develop and educate staff further. Currently, the company employs 22 people but the number is expected to increase continuously along with the expansion of the product portfolio and development of the Asian market.
