The Philippines will set up embassy in Helsinki of Finland this year as reported on January 7, 2008.
Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romulo described the new post as leeway for the government to deepen strategic partnership with Finland and to better protect the welfare of the overseas Filipino workers there.
