Singapore Technologies Engineering Purchase Remaining Shares In SAS Component

In 2005,
SAS divested 67 % of its share in SAS Component, now renamed to STAerospace
Solutions (Europe) A/S, to Singapore
Technologies Aerospace Ltd (STAerospace),
the aerospace arm of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd.    

    SAS Group
today announces that it has divested its remaining shareholding in SAS Component
to ST Aerospace for a value of 28.3 MEUR. The purchase follows the exercise of
a put option by SAS pursuant to the Shareholders’ Agreement entered
into
between SAS and ST Aerospace on 15 March 2006.
