The Swedish Ambassador welcomed one of the oldest Swedish companies to Malaysia at the Shangri-La Hotel on the 28th of November.
Ramnäs Bruk AB has a solid history of more than four centuries. The company is a pioneer within the high quality mooring chain manufacturing and is mainly focused on offshore activities. Ramnäs is currently in the process of increasing its presence in Asia with Kuala Lumpur as its regional hub.
The Swedish Ambassador officiated the business luncheon and bid Ramnäs Bruk welcome to Kuala Lumpur. She was convinced that the company’s presence in Malaysia would enhance Ramnäs Bruk’s possibilities of liaising with potential business partners in a sector which is of vital importance to the country. A short presentation was given by the company President Mr Magnus Westher. Also present was Mr Dagfinn Olav Tegnander Vice President of Business Development.
