Denmark Won King’s Cup

The Danish national league soccer team this weekend won the King’s Cup tournament in Phuket.
They played against the defending champions from Thailand, and it was an intense match.
The first goal was made by Danny Olsen. Hereafter the Thai team scored twice, which gave them the lead with only ten minutes left of the game. When Ken Ilsø made the score 2-2, the match winner had to be found on penalties. Denmark won the penalties 5-3, and thereby won the 39. King’s Cup tournament.
The King’s Cup final was the end of a training week in Thailand, and the Danish soccer team arrived in Denmark Sunday January 25.
