The Finnish Embassy is promoting Finnish literature in Malaysia by organising a rare exhibition of the covers of various Finnish translated literature in cooperation with FILI (the Finnish Literature Exchange organisation). The exhibition opened on the 3rd of February and lasts until March the 31st at the Malaysian National Library in Kuala Lumpur.
The aim of the exhibition is to promote Finnish literature in Malaysia and internationally. The literature on display is translated into English, Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Swedish, Polish, Slovenian, Hungarian, Spanish, Persian, Russian and Khmer among others.
