Finland considers taking in Vietnamese workers

Finland considers employing Vietnamese workers, says Arto Satonen, head of the Finland Parliament’s Employment and Equality Committee, at a meeting held between Vietnam National Assembly’s Social Affairs Committee and Finland Parliament’s Employment and Equality Committee.


Arto said his country could employ Vietnamese labourers to work in Finland, adding that his country is considering Vietnam among other possible countries to sign co-operation agreements on labour employment. 


“Vietnam had a rich source of labourers, and labour export is one of our country’s main targets is to create jobs” Chairwoman of the Social Affairs Committee Truong Thi Mai says.
