A new website for Nordcham in Hanoi was presented at the Annual General Meeting of Nordcham held on Thursday 7 May 2009 at Press Club in Hanoi. The Hanoi Branch of Nordcham – Nordic Chamber of Commerce Vietnam has for many years been without a proper website of its own, but wih contact details listed on ScandAsia.com to where the domain name of the Chamber pointed.

Apart from presenting the new website, the AGM focused on how to strengthen Nordcham Hanoi in the coming year (click here to download the presentation). There was a lively debate regarding how to re-energize the Chamber and some good ideas came to life.
Thomas also presented the treasurer’s report following the audit by Gunnar Wenneberg. The audit report showed that the accounts were found to be correct and in accordance with good accounting practice. The audit report was accepted by the members.
Lastly, the election for the board saw some changes, and the board now looks as follows:
