On Wednesday the 25th of November 2009 the Royal Danish Embassy and the Danish Business Association hosted a successful joint event on CSR in Indonesia at the Royal Danish Embassy in Jakarta with more than 20 participants including Danish companies in Indonesia, partners of Danish companies and agents.
The guest speakers to inform about CSR in Indonesia and the increasing relevance of CSR through a panel discussion were Dr. Siti Adiprigandari Adiwoso Suprapto, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Management at University of Indonesia, Mr. Sofjan Wanandi, Chairman of Indonesian Employers Association, Apindo and Dr. Scott Younger, OBE FICE, Chairman of Glendale Partners.
After the panel discussion there was a closed door debate for the Danish companies, to share experiences and practices with each other.
