SWEA Bangkok held its annual meeting at Rembrandt hotel on 11 February 2010.
We had the honour of having our Regional chairman Madeleine Svensson joining us and she was also the chairman for the evening.
2009 has been a good year with many popular events for the SWEA ladies. We also hosted the annual Regional Meeting in October with about 80 members visiting from all over the world. Besides boardmeetings during the days we had a tight schedule and managed to show the best of Thailand. The week started with a golf-tournament and ended with a tour in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.
This year we have donated money to Kurt Blomkvist “Mr Reflex” and his work to hand out reflexes to school children in Thailand.
SWEA Bangkok is now starting a new year with almost a whole new board, many is leaving and moving out of the country, and of course many new to come.
We are looking forward to many new members and new events this year. 2010 is also a big year for SWEA Bangkok, since we will be celebrating 10 years in “The land of smiles”.
