Earlier this week, the Thailand authorities closed the access to WikiLeaks on security grounds, as the government stated.
“This is not acceptable, anywhere in the world. Therefore we make all Thai-related content from the WikiLeaks website available for direct download,” WikiLeaks states about ThaiLeaks.
According to journalism.co.uk, WikiLeaks said that even if the new page is blocked, citizens will still be able to access information through the links which “can be sent in e-mails, instant messages, even printed on paper, in order to keep information flowing.”
