First Nordic Ever to Exhibit at The National Gallery

The Norwegian artist has been living the most of his life since 2006 in Thailand, and his new exhibition, “UNTITLED OCEAN”, works with the motto: “Release Humanity. We need a new attitude and strategy in order to improve global world society.”

Christian Wolther is the first person for the Nordic countries ever to have a solo exhibition at The National Gallery of Thailand in Bangkok.

“The main concept of the exhibition is how art, science and philosophy can influence society and humanity, and the present state of the world, in a beneficial and helpful way,” says Christian Wolther in a press release.

For those who are interested, the extensive catalogue “UNTITLED OCEAN”, on 270 pages, will be available at the exhibition.

The exhibition starts on Friday the 7th of January 2011, at 6pm. It will be on show until January 28. The exhibition will be opened by the Ambassador of Norway, Katja Nordgaard, and the Director General of The Fine Arts Department, Ms. Somsuda Leeyavanich.
