Statoil Signs MoU With Thailand’s PTTEP

Norwegian oil and gas firm Statoil said on Friday it had signed a memorandrum of understanding on collaboration with Thailand’s PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP).


“Through this MoU, we extend the cooperation and expressed a positive willingness to identify joint business opportunities and technological projects,” Statoil chief executive Helge Lund said in a statement.


The two companies will seek cooperation in “conventional and unconventional resources”, as well as liquefied natural gas (LNG), Statoil
