The European Commission granted clearance, on 22 March, to a container port terminal joint venture (DPCT) between the A.P. Moller-Mærsk group of Denmark, the PSA group of Singapore, the COSCO group of China and the Dalian Port Company (PDA) Ltd, which are active in the provision of shipping services and the operation of port terminals.
The DPCT joint venture operates a shipping container terminal at the Chinese port of Dalian.
