Tourists stuck in Krabi

“It’s all a mess.”
was the first Finn Rasmussen said, owner of the ‘Europa café’ in Krabi on the phone earlier today. Henrik Enevoldsen, also owner, adds
“At the end of the rainy season we normally get about 235 ml. water. But just the last couple of days we got more than 400 ml.”

The water pumps just broke down this morning in Krabi and people will be out of tap water for about 3-4 days.
Locals and tourist has gathered at the café in Krabi, to follow up on news.

During the night, the water has sunken and from cafe Europa it is reported that bus services might be available,
and the airport on Krabi will open later today.
