2011 Summer Camp for Overseas Vietnamese Opens

Thirty-eight young overseas Vietnamese from Sweden, Thailand and Cambodia, among others, have gathered at the 2011 Summer Camp for Overseas Vietnamese, which opened in HCM City on July 19.


During the four-day event, they will offer incense to the Hung Kings temple, and visit the Vietnam History Museum, and the War Remnants Museum in HCM City.


Later, they will move to Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province to see a school, a craft village, and an ancient village in Mui Ne.


The summer camp will close on July 22.
