New Green Issue of Focus Denmark

This Special Issue of Focus Denmark, Invest in Denmark’s magazine, focuses on the challenges of getting to a fossil free future – and the many companies and people who engage themselves in development and promotion of green technologies.

Danish energy enthusiast Preben Maegaard, who since the oil crisis of 1974 has been involved with renewable energy.

Kalundborg Municipality, which accounts for nine percent of Denmark’s CO2 emissions, but now aims to be a green industry town.

DONG Energy, which has set itself the target of producing 85 percent of its energy from renewables by 2040.

The second half gives the readers insight in the latest development and tests within green technologies, for example the smart grid test on the island on Bornholm, the latest news about turning waste into energy and the world’s largest solar heating plant.
