A meeting by the Royal Danish Embassy in Bangkok and the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce was held Friday morning at the Royal Danish Embassy.
The 40 participants were told, that they were not permitted to share information from the meeting in any way on websites or blogs or otherwise. In due course, the Embassy and the Chamber would issue a statement regarding the meting.
The curb on information was to allow for members of the Chamber to have a frank assessment of the situation, exchange of views and information about what to do to find ways of reducing or compensating for the losses incurred.
No significant information about the flooding was presented. The participants were encouraged to follow the links provided by the embassy.
