Ambassadors of the Nordic countries and over 50 diplomats took part in the Hanoi Pride Parade. This year is the third year in a row the Nordic countries jointly take part in the Hanoi Pride Parade, according to the Embassy of Sweden in Hanoi.

Hanoi Pride Parade is an annual event run by local organisations and groups to advocate the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer.

This year’s theme was ‘Love, Hanoi’, which was “our love letter to Hanoi and its people,” writes the organizers.

The Hanoi Pride Parade was a follow-up event to Hanoi Pride Week that took place 17 – 22 September.
