Agricultural Developement Denmark Asia (ADDA) was awarded in Vietnam for the effort to strenghten sustainable developement in the country.
In Vietnam ADDA works in the provinces of Hoa Bihn, Son La, Lai Chau og Dien Bihn, and “focuses on ethnic minorities who belong to the poorest part of the Vietnamese population. ADDA works – amongst others – with climate change, legal aid and ecology,” as the NGO states on its website.
The award was presented by Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) and Paccom, and was received by Mr. Hung of Adda-Vietnam, who gratefully accepted it.
