Danish brewer Carlsberg now posses 100 percent of the Chinese Chongqing Beer Group Assets Mangement Co. Ltd that owns eight breweries in three Chinese provinces.
The acquisition of Chongqing Beer Group was announced to be DKK 1,4 billion December last year. The eight breweries have a total capacity of 1.2 billion liters and are located in Jiangsu, Anhui and Zheijang according to foedevarewatch.dk.
