Launching Ceremony of Master’s Degree Program in International Human Rights Law at Pannasastra University, carried out by Raoul Wallenberg Institute with support from Sweden/Sida.
Speeches by among others Minister of Eduaction Dr Naron, Ambassador Anna Maj Hultgård and founder of Raoul Wallenberg Institute Professor Göran Melander. Scholarships were presented. Great atmosphere with hundreds of students participating as well as faculty members and professors.
