Consul General Karanko shared Finland’s value at Vocational Training Council (VTC)

On 19 November 2020 the Finnish Consul General in Hong Kong, Johanna Karanko shared with
Vocational Training Council (VTC) students and teachers the success factors that make Finland the world’s happiest country and about opportunities for young people during VTC’s High Table Dinner.
