Danish architecture exhibit at Malaysian Gallery

“Architecture with People” is the name of the Danish exhibition that opened on Monday 20 February 2017 at the Galeri Serdang, which is part of the Faculty of Design and Architecture at Universiti Putra Malaysia.

The exhibition is created by Danish Solutions which purpose is to enhance promotion of Danish architecture and architects globally.

Danish Solutions is developed by Danish Architecture Centre, DAC, at the request of the Danish Ministry of Culture and in dialogue with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, the Danish Architects’ Association and the Danish Association of Architectural Firms.

”Good architecture provides a secure, functional environment for us to thrive, both as individuals and collectively. It does so by taking into account the people that will be living and working in buildings and urban spaces and making users and their needs the starting point of the architectural design process,” Marianne Jelved, Former Minister of Culture, said about the project.
